Nelson Co-Founded Metaon which was focused on the Serious Game segment of the Video Game Industry. He served as the CEO and has been in the industry for almost 24 years, since he helped open the first Virtual World Entertainment Center. Nelson was the Chief Technology Officer responsible for launching the first sites of both Jordan Weisman’s and Tim Disney’s Virtual World, the virtual reality entertainment center that featured Battletech, as well as the first of the Q-Zar Laser tag arenas in the US. The Virtual World and Q-Zar projects brought the concept of location based, virtual reality entertainment to America and helped launch the industry.
